Goodreads:

Layla Shaw is trying to pick up the pieces of her shattered life—no easy task for a seventeen-year-old who’s pretty sure things can’t get worse. Her impossibly gorgeous best friend, Zayne, is forever off-limits thanks to the mysterious powers of her soul-stealing kiss. The Warden clan that has always protected her is suddenly keeping dangerous secrets. And she can barely think about Roth, the wickedly hot demon prince who understood her in ways no one else could.

But sometimes rock bottom is only the beginning. Because suddenly Layla’s powers begin to evolve, and she’s offered a tantalising taste of what has always been forbidden. Then, when she least expects it, Roth returns, bringing news that could change her world forever. She’s finally getting what she always wanted, but with hell literally breaking loose and the body count adding up, the price may be higher than Layla is willing to pay…

It's not often that you find sequels that are just as good as the first book in a series but this may have been even better than the first one.

This book just gets even more action and romance packed than the first one. White Hot Kiss is a paranormal romance but we can all say that the romance part overtakes the action part even though it is an amazing concept and so unique.

In Stone Cold Touch I am going to say that the romance in this book again takes the front seat maybe even more than White Hot Kiss but in this book things become more serious and more focus on Layla and Zayne. Roth is featured as a bad person through most of this book and that is all I am going to say but it shows how Layla and Zayne develop their friendship into a relationship.

Don't get me wrong I am totally team Roth but it was still nice to read about Layla and Zayne because there were some twists in this book that make their relationship a bit better I am going to say.

Towards the end of the book things start to get super serious particularly with Layla's friends and I think I mentioned in my White Hot Kiss Booktalk how I thought her friends were amazing characters and I wish they were mentioned more in Stone Cold Touch and they were.

The end of this book was crazy and SO unexpected and crazy and it made it kind of unbearable to wait for Every Last Breath!

This book was amazing, I gave it five stars because Jennifer L Armentrout has done it again with her perfect mix of romance and action to make this book amazing!

That's all for this Mini Review! Thanks for reading and I'll see you soon!
Happy Reading!
